Technical Support Engineer (Temporary)

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our Operations department for a temporary position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform problem analysis resulting in the resolution of product-related problems, including the appropriate referral to other service areas, follow-up, testing, troubleshooting, and the identification of bugs and enhancements
• Work closely with the Support Tier 3 team to analyze issues in the production environment and recreate issues in lab environments
• Provide technical assistance and training to users on product-related needs and questions in a professional, kind manner via email, phone calls, and web conferencing.
• Prioritize and escalate the most impactful issues from across the company and manage them directly with the Tier 3 Support team
• Work well in a global team environment in different time zones
  
  

• 1+ years of experience in Technical Support for a high-tech company
• Available for shifts on weekends
• Fluent English
• Enjoy working with customers using excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Mastering Portuguese/Spanish/Germany - Advantage
• Experience with querying relative databases, such as SQL - Advantage
