About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and energetic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will support the recruiting team with the objective of efficiently managing and coordinating high-volume interview activity, and be a part of organizing HR and recruiting events both internally and externally. Through the recruitment process, you will represent our brand and create a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate phone, video, and on-site interviews for candidates in multiple locations and time-zones for recruiters and hiring managers with speed and efficiency
• Conduct phone interviews for certain positions
• Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates
• Take ownership of moving candidates through the interview process, ensuring all data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is up to date
• Provide administrative support to other recruiting activities
• Coordinate recruiting events logistics (Meetups, job fairs, etc.)
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an administrative position, scheduling and managing calendars
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English - must
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, including conducting phone interviews - advantage
• High attention to details
• Exceptional organizational skills
• High level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
• Customer-service mindset, with an outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality
