Join our dynamic team at a leading semiconductor company's Mobile Broadband Business Unit (MBBU). As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering MBBU projects, overseeing Hardware (HW) architecture, HW Design & Verification, Algorithms, and Software teams. The projects span the development of cutting-edge products, including cellular modems, Communication Digital Signal Processors, and Radar/Lidar baseband.

This position reports directly to the MBBU General Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the development of System-on-Chip (SoC) products.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing complex HW/SW projects with a team size exceeding 20 engineers.
• Proficiency in project planning and tracking methodologies and systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to excel in a global multi-site environment.
• Adept at independent problem-solving.
• Advantage - experience with 4G or 5G-NR SoC.

Education:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a leading institute.
