Logistics Manager

Maytronics is seeking a Logistics Manager for the Dalton site!**

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall flow of all logistics departments, parallel to the operational development on-site, while supporting the company's site program for the next few years.

Job Description:

- Responsibility for the overall site operational activities supporting manufacturing departments.

- Responsibility for the safety of operational employees.

- Responsibility for the quality of operational activities (storage, transportation, picking, etc.).

- Overall responsibility for site inventory reliability.

- Ensuring smooth and seamless collaboration between logistics and manufacturing interfaces.

- Designing and constructing material flow processes in coordination with department managers, adjusting processes as needed.

- Initiation of process improvement within the operational domain.

- Providing operational response to various interfaces within the site and close cooperation with headquarters interfaces (procurement/central planning/parallel site/engineering/supplier quality) and external interfaces (suppliers).

*Member of the site management - promoting and implementing site and company management decisions.*

- Building operational metrics and goals.

- Constant maintenance and improvement of cleanliness and order in all logistics areas.

Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience in managing employees and managers in operations.

- Industrial Engineer - an advantage.

- Experience in leading operational projects.

- Ability to define and lead processes.

- Experience in warehouse operation, WMS system.

- High-level English required.

- Familiarity and experience in the LEAN field - an advantage.

- Familiarity with logistics/material flow - an advantage.

- Familiarity with computer applications: OFFICE, ERP programs; familiarity with Priority - an advantage.

- Experience in a global company - an advantage
