Product Designer

Canditech is a rapidly growing startup in the booming HR-tech industry, with the vision of a world without resumes. In a very short time, we have developed a world-leading online assessment platform, are working with market leaders world-wide, and closed a meaningful fundraising round led by Insight Partners.

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Designer that will lead all design aspects of a top notch self-serve SaaS platform, from idea to execution. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in a fast-growing startup in the booming HR tech industry.

What You'll Do

• Brainstorm and design new features and concepts and follow-through to production
• Design creative and visual solutions for our product and brand such as emails, in-platform messages, banners, graphics, UI motions, that drive users to our platform and inspire them.
• Manage the full design cycle: from functional design and interaction UX, to visual UI and development handoff

What We'd Like You To Have

• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design
• An understanding of the product development process, from discovery and problem definition, through to detailed UI and visual design
• Demonstrated experience in working within product design teams and within user-centered specializations including user research, content strategy and design systems.
• Team player with a passion to work in a startup environment.
