As a Senior UX Researcher at NICE, you will play a crucial role in understanding our users, their behaviors and needs. You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and analyzing user research activities to provide valuable insights that guide the creation of intuitive, effective, and delightful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research Planning and Design:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives and methodologies.
• Develop and execute research plans, including usability studies, interviews, surveys, and other user feedback mechanisms.
• User Recruitment and Screening:
• Identify and recruit participants for research studies, ensuring diverse and representative samples.
• Conduct participant screening to ensure alignment with research goals.
• Data Collection:
• Execute research sessions, including moderating interviews, usability tests, and other relevant research activities.
• Utilize a variety of research methods to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze research data to extract meaningful insights.
• Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to integrate research findings into the design and development process.
• Advocate for user-centric design principles within the organization.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX research.
• Contribute to the improvement of the overall user experience process at NICE.
  
  

• 7+ years of proven experience as a UX Researcher, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of various research methods and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
