Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to internal users concerning computer systems, software, and hardware. This role involves responding to queries, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues promptly to ensure efficient operations within the organization, which has headquarters in Israel and employees globally.
Responsibilities:
- Offer technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to IT support tickets, resolve problems via phone, email, or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Set up and configure laptops, including new hardware and software installations.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and peripherals.
- Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues, repairs, and solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT and R&D team to assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Ensure security and privacy of systems and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Support or similar role.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Proficiency in Intune Autopilot for device management.
- Knowledge of networking systems including firewalls, switches, and wifi.
- Experience providing IT support in a global environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
Working Conditions:
Ability to provide support both remotely and in person as required.
