Responsibilities:

• Test and iterate on approved concepts, addressing any production challenges proactively.
• Provide constructive feedback and contribute creative insights to enhance the overall quality of videos.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• 2+ years of proven experience in creating compelling, shareable, and original short-form video content.
• A self-starter with a hustler mentality, always eager to learn and experiment with new approaches.
• Adaptable and capable of approaching video projects from multiple perspectives.
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced production environment.
• Flexible and able to adapt to last-minute changes in schedules and planning.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• In-depth knowledge of current social media trends and fads.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Design experience is preferred, with professional experience being a plus.
• Provide a portfolio with examples of previous work from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or other relevant platforms.
