Director of Engineering

Responsibilities

● Leading the R&D department end to end, taking ownership over R&D vision, performance and deliverables.

● Work closely with stakeholders in order to enable TerminalX’s vision

● Ensure that development standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to.

● Take an active role in feature creation from design to coding, testing, and deployment

● Perform 3rd line support as required

● Leading the planning and execution of development and delivery of each release

Requirements

● 3 + years of experience leading and managing R&D teams (Leading leaders, 15+ people)

● Minimum of 3 years experience working with PHP

● Experience in system design & architecture

● Experience working with Magento or any other major e-commerce platform - A major advantage
