We are seeking an experienced professional proficient in the Salesforce platform with a focus on creating and managing efficient automated workflows, ensuring seamless lead flow, setting customized KPIs, automated reports, and dashboards to drive effective lead lifecycle stages.
This position plays a pivotal role in steering our sales and marketing endeavors to boost deal-win rates and optimize our customer relationship management.
This role requires a keen understanding of automation, the sales leads flow process and CRM systems. Facilitating the process to enable Salesforce to become a single source of truth for reports.
- Develop and optimize workflows within Salesforce to streamline marketing, sales, and customer processes.
- Manage and enhance the integration & automation between Salesforce to SalesLoft, Zoominfo, Hubspot, ensuring data integrity and seamless operational functionality.
- Analyze and interpret data from both platforms to improve the sales process.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure consistent and effective use of CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Generating weekly/daily management reporting tools & dashboards providing business insights & offering action items to improve efficiency, and reduce deals turnaround time by setting forecasting & monitoring procedures.
- Ensure data accuracy of closed deals.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven expertise as Salesforce ADMIN, with Hands-On experience setting & driving sales leads, automated workflows complemented and implemented with systems integration.
- Deep understanding of B2B processes and dynamics.
- Setting automations between Salesforce (MUST) to SalesLoft, Zoominfo, Hubspot (advantage)
- High-level English both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated experience in managing lead flow and understanding lifecycle stages in Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly motivated with a 'can do' approach.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
