Unitaf is a community-based organization based in the Tel Aviv District of Israel that creates early-childhood education programs for refugee and stateless children living in Israel. Our educational framework is designed to provide programs and equipment for over 1,300 children annually and to train 180 refugee and stateless women as educators and caregivers.

This is an on-site internship role for a Research Intern. The Research Intern will be responsible for conducting literature reviews, gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing support to the research team.

• Data analysis, data interpretation, and basic statistical analysis skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Research skills, including literature reviews and ability to analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Understanding of early-childhood education and/or refugee populations is a plus
• Pursuing or have completed a degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences or education
