We are looking for a PMO to play a key role in our product and R&D organization, continuously improving our ways of working, and driving towards operational excellence. You will be a critical part of many of our day-to-day decision-making, feature launches, and product roadmap items. Our team will rely on you to push a data-driven approach and keep us honest with data as we make decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders & teams across the R&D and Product organization
• Ensure information in Jira is up to date and conflicts are addressed
• Nurture agile squads, work closely with squads and their leadership to adopt agreed best practices
• Responsible for creating and organizing JIRA platform, configuring the layout, design, workflow, and dashboard
• Refine and improve the definition of metrics as the company’s challenges and data evolve
• Prepare and maintain risk management reports and statuses, perform reviews of various project activities to identify and highlight risks and assure up-to-date appropriate contingency plans exist
• Provide an integrative view and analysis of the various planning and execution aspects of the program to enable better decisions making
• Work independently, solve problems and deal with ambiguity
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge & experience in managing Jira, and establishing structural changes and automated flows in Jira.
• Excel Proficiency - pivot tables, functions, graphs, etc
• Experience working with agile project methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and management, and PMO processes (e.g. defining metrics, scheduling, budget management, Risks management)
  
  

• Experience working with BI tools
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information System (or equivalent degree).
• Advantage: Agile certification (SAFe, Professional Scrum Master)
• Advantage: Jira admin certification
