Job Description

• Guiding management and overseeing the development and execution of horizontal processes.
• Ensuring the successful adoption of Agile methodologies, technologies, and culture across the organization.
• Providing extensive support to multiple development teams, particularly scrum masters, fostering excellence, and encouraging the continuous delivery of high-quality products by motivated, self-driven teams.
• Implementing Agile thinking and work patterns through training, guidance, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conducting training sessions for scrum masters, product owners, leaders, and team members based on Agile principles, processes, and values.
• Identifying and addressing challenges within the tribe, removing obstacles, and advocating for Agile solutions.
• Overseeing the maturation processes of content and ensuring their successful execution.
• Ensuring the availability of Agile metrics in Jira.
• Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit to initiate and drive improvement processes.

Requirements

• Experience as an Agile coach - mandatory
• 1+ years experience as a Scrum Master - mandatory
• Extensive and proven knowledge of agile principles, processes, and values
• Technological background - mandatory
• Management experience is an advantage
