A leading company is looking for a Product Manager - Digital Department

Job Description:

Product Manager in the field of digital products. The role includes managing digital products used by over a million customers who perform and manage their daily activities.

The responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility for the success and continuous improvement of the product
• Collaboration in defining the strategy with various stakeholders and product planning
• Writing business requirements and user experience
• Managing the entire product lifecycle - requirements, specification, development, user testing, changes, all within an agile management methodology, working closely with system analysts, developers, designers, user experience specialists, and more
• Planning and prioritizing the development queue in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Investigating user data and translating it into requirements and products
• Continuous collaboration with technology teams at all project stages, guiding and leading development teams
• Conducting business user testing of the product and finished products
• Optimizing existing workflows and building new processes in collaboration and synchronization with various business units
• Matrix leadership of work interfaces from different departments, promoting trust relationships between all stakeholders and the product manager and other team members
• Translating field and product needs into digital solutions and processes
• Implementing the product among users - customers, branches, call centers, and management

Required Skills:

• Academic degree
• 4+ years of experience in the field of B2C digital product management
• Excellent interpersonal communication, good human relations, and good ability to manage broad interfaces - mandatory
• Team leadership and motivational skills - cross-organizational
• Technological orientation
• Experience in defining user experience and understanding UX/UI
• Familiarity with AGILE methodology
• Management of multiple interfaces in a cross-environment / ability to work under pressure and creativity in problem-solving
• Ability to drive interfaces, broad vision, and business understanding
• Ability to work independently, responsible, initiative, and decision-making ability
