Information System Analyst

Ness (Enterprise Solutions) is recruiting an Information System Analyst for a government technology project in Ra'anana, developing Smart card production and distribution services, setting up a computer system for the operation of the digital "tachograph" system, an innovative and challenging development project in the field of transportation and automation developed from scratch.

The position includes leading and implementing development solutions for business requirements, understanding customer requirements, and analyzing .net-based information systems with multiple interfaces and reports.

Job requirements:

• A systems analyst with at least four years of proven experience in analyzing complex information systems.

• Experience in analyzing "tailor-made" complex systems from the stages of their establishment.

• Experience in a Microsoft work environment. (.net, SQL )

• Ability for characterization meetings with users, including writing characterization and design documents (LLD + HLD), detailed functional and super characterizations, writing Detailed Design documents.

• Lots of initiative, ability and experience in driving processes in front of a government client.

• Has good interpersonal communication skills.

• Willingness to work extra hours.

• Experience in delivering DR to developers and testers.

• Has proven experience in writing process diagrams.

• Experience in writing characterizations for interfaces with external systems.

• Experience in characterizing SSRS, PowerBI interface integrations.

• Experience in writing characterizations for reports.

• Referrals will be required.
