The opportunity:

This is a maternity leave replacement to support project manager of Teva global clinical operations (GCO) systems and processes role.

Systems and Processes PM is responsible to plan, define, manage and oversee business processes implemented within GCO CTMS system .

The systems and processes PM is responsible for different processes and their system implementation including interaction with internal and external stakeholders- CRO personnel, study teams, IT, Data and analytics, training teams and more.

How you’ll spend your day:

• Support management of different clinical operations processes including leading internal and external study teams through risk assessment and management strategy process, managed, and completed in current CTMS system
• lead the revamp of site selection system related process for global clinical operations. This task including mapping of existing process, internal and external stakeholders, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams defining the process and methodologies. Analyze CRO current process, site statuses and reflections in current CTMS system as defined in the CRO interface definitions.
• Collaborate with IT to define changes required to the process including leading the needed specification updates and implementation in CTMS.
• Train relevant personnel and support ongoing studies data corrections ensuring the system reflects the agreed process.
• Support study teams in system implementation and improvements for monitoring visit reviews and oversight visit conduct, completed in Teva CTMS systems.
• Ensure study teams are trained on the processes and correctly utilize the system.
• Work with internal groups- TMF and IT to oversee the process implementation and potential configuration changes, as necessary.
• Woth together with data ana analytics to ensure system reporting reflects actual state
• Develop departmental Job Aids and WI, as needed
• Work as part of a professional team with technology
• Other tasks assigned by direct manager or as business needs require.

Your experience and qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s or higher degree in industrial/bio medical Engineering, MIS (Management Information Systems), computer science, healthcare/bio-informatics , or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• At least 5 years' experience in project management in clinical development, preferably in clinical operations
• Ability to effectively interact with and influence others without direct reporting relationships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Supporting and managing technology systems of clinical trials, defining user requirements, processes, and implementation of requirements- must.
• Experience working with Veeva platforms
• Knowledge of standard Windows programs (Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.).
• Understanding of clinical drug development
• Knowledge demonstrated in clinical trials processes and process improvement- advantage
