This position reports to the VP of Business Operations.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Operations Lead, you will have a critical role in owning the entire Booking & Collection process of Incredibuild, working directly with the CRO and Sales team.
- You will be responsible for the E2E quote-to-order process while ensuring the smooth execution and booking of Incredibuild’s deals.
- You will act as a key partner to Sales, CS, Legal, Finance, and Business Applications, providing guidance and support throughout the deal process. Help Sales representatives understand quotes’ configurations and the impact on business, making sure deals are aligned with the company’s policies and financial objectives.
- Managing the deal desk team- assisting with complex deals, advising on ARR impact, implementing and communicating processes and new guidelines. You are expected to dive into business challenges and work with your team to create solutions to problems.
- Be Incredibuild’s main focal point for log payment and collection- validate invoices, timeline, and accuracy.
- Providing Ad Hoc and ongoing statistics on booking progress and FCST.
- Managing customer’s licenses.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years experience in Business Operations/Sales management roles.
- Experience in SW companies - a must!
- Experience in dealing with complex, cross-functional contract management across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
- Experience with Salesforce - a Lead-to-Cash Salesforce environment- Must (CPQ big advantage).
- Knowledge in ARR and contract subscription base.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Self-starter with high analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills along with the ability to demonstrate practical judgment in complex cases.
- Excellent communication and Service-oriented mindset with fluent English.
- Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment with flexibility with working hours, especially at End Q.
