On this role you will:

Be a part of our HelpDesk team providing IT Support solutions including PC troubleshooting and repair, managing networking devices, email solutions, security solutions, Windows and Linux servers and other On-Prem systems in the company along with Azure Cloud environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar position.
• Experience with remote support for workstations, servers, and Office software.
• Experience with desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Experience with VOIP communication systems.
• Managing Active Directory, Office 365, NTFS & SHARE permissions.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team adapting new technologies rapidly.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew communication, written and verbal.

Will be nice if you have:

• Experience with managing production environment.
• Experience setting up and maintaining physical and virtual server, FortiGate FW and EDR systems.
• Knowledge in networking, switches and routing.
• Relevant courses and certifications.
