Manual QA Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our QA group, overseeing a team of 10 QA engineers.

As the Team Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects, planning the team's workflow, keeping an eye on progress, conducting performance evaluations, and providing guidance and training to foster continuous improvement within the team.

What you’ll do:

• Lead 10 QA engineers across several Scrum teams.
• Drive the definition of team objectives and actively support employee development.
• Collaborating with all teams within the business unit: Development, Product, Professional Services, Architecture, DevOps, etc.
• Risk management and prioritization.
• Participating in the QA recruiting and onboarding processes.

You’ll do it using:

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing manual QA teams.
• Proven expertise in testing client/server and web-based applications.
• Proficiency in writing comprehensive testing documentation.
• Thorough familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle within an Agile environment.
• Logical and analytical skills.
• Previous experience in the fin-tech field (banking, insurance, etc.) - an advantage
• Background in mathematics, statistics, or economics - an advantage
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/Python - an advantage
• English proficiency
• Strong self-learning capabilities.
