JustPlay is one of the fastest-growing game studios in Israel that develops 3D multiplayer games, which was recently acquired by Playtika. The company's top-grossing game 1V1.LOL (Third-person Battle Royale shooter game) has over 80 million downloads worldwide. Our team is made up of passionate gaming enthusiasts who provide players with the best possible gaming experience. We are looking for a senior Product Manager, organized and creative person. Someone with talent, passion and experience. In this position, you will need to lead, invent, and get things done by taking an idea and turn it into reality. We believe in a combination of collaboration and autonomous work, working effectively to achieve high-reaching results.

Responsibilities

• Own a roadmap domain and its features from end to end
• Ensure success and growth of the product by developing a domain vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management framework.
• Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, defining AB test and user stories, prioritize backlog and collaborate with R&D
• Proficient SCRUM methodologies and practices to plan and manage product development sprints, including ceremonies and Agile mindset
• Analyze the success of the feature once it's released to production, responsible for the usage data and patterns, and run tests to optimize & improve performance and business results.
• Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, etc.) to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation and users satisfaction.
• Work closely with the data analytics team, and perform user research to understand players’ behavior and motivations, get data-driven decision.
• Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the players experience
• Use KPIs and other metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming field or B2C Industry (mandatory)
• Fast learner, process oriented, and data-driven, and have a proven track record of success
• Agile mindset - adapts to changes and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
• Strong matrix management - ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and to influence effectively
• Proactive problem solver - highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem.
• Strong understanding of the mobile game market and industry trends
• Advantage: Passionate gamer, specifically in shooting game genre – on different platforms.
