About the job

Our team is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager, who is capable of managing complex , high-paced projects in the marketing sphere: content production, partnerships, brand integrations and similar. The ideal candidate has experience with marketing and is able to be creative, independent, engage with multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks and generally get things done.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of global production projects - from the planning to the post-production stages
• Work with multiple team members on different projects to ensure meeting deadlines and campaign goals
• Manage external suppliers to produce on localized content/events/projects, in multiple languages and platforms
• Analyze and identify market needs and opportunities
• Being self-driven, ambitious, and able to to develop and create new projects and partnerships independently

Requirements

• At least 3 years in a diverse professional global marketing production working environment (commercial and promotion video)
• Extensive experience in production, project management, post-production, and directing projects from planning through execution. A high sense of aesthetics and strict and accurate execution
• English at an advanced level (both spoken and written) - MUST!
• An understanding of how to plan and research marketing projects, as well as developing innovative marketing connections and collaborations from conception through completion
• Ability to plan and maintain complex projects, as well as manage and connect all relevant departments - design, development, etc.
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously, punctuality and meticulousness
