Commitment: Flexible - half-time to a full time position

Location: Hybrid and flexible - Work remotely or soak in the energy at our Tel Aviv office  

Availability: Immediate, up to one month’s notice

Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will work closely with our Head of Technology to design and implement the real-time ASR pipelines, including fine-tuning, evaluation, production level deployment and optimization. Next, they will enhance the product capabilities with in-house training of LLMs and solving real world NLP problems.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data preprocessing, NN training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Strong Python capabilities
• Knowledge of ASR and STT systems and familiarity with Whisper models
• Understanding of NLP algorithms and techniques

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with LLMs
• NN serving, including development of STT / LLM / TTS APIs in production environments
• Cloud: Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Privacy: developing pipelines with PII considerations, with emphasis on children
