We are seeking a Temporary Quality Assurance Manager for our Tzfat site. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality processes from raw material stages to the final product. You will serve as the go to person for defined areas of responsibility, staying updated on changes and innovations in Unilever's policies, regulations, customer requirements, and consumer trends.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the quality assurance laboratory, ensuring quality processes throughout production.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of food safety and quality systems on a plant-wide level.
• Lead a food safety team, organize team tasks, and monitor their progress.
• Oversee all laboratory activities and quality control inspectors.
• Monitor and document tests from external laboratories, shelf-life tests, and GMP inspections.
• Conduct employee training and certifications.
• Manage microbiological sampling plan and product release for market distribution.
• Establish effective work processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze processes to minimize quality-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Food Engineering, or related field- Must.
• Minimum of two years of experience in quality assurance within the industry- Must.
• Good level of English- Must.
• Strong team management skills, good interpersonal relations, and assertiveness.
• Organized and precise work according to regulations and standards.
• Enforcement of regulations in collaboration with production and direct reporting entities.
• Process analysis skills for identifying and reducing quality issues.

Additional Information:

Sunday to Thursday, 08:00-17:00, with readiness for additional hours as needed.
