What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of System Product Engineering Global mass production activities.
• Coordinate cross functional activities including Failure Analysis, Test development, Test verification and validation.
• Drive activities within the SPE GMP organization and activities across Nvidia company
• Define and builds management tools, build and communicate reports and Dashboard.
• Monitor and define KPI for the team engineering work, Identify blockers and act to resolve them
• Continually improve team work processes
  
  

• B.Sc. (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• MBA Degree – An advantage
• Agile Scrum certification – an advantage
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Technical Program Manager
• 3+ years of experience as an engineer in HW & SW test design and test infrastructure – an advantage
• Strong technical understanding of multidisciplinary systems including HW/SW/FW/Mechanics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
