System Administrator - Virtual Computing & Storage

We are seeking a Virtual Computing & Storage System Administrator with strong expertise in VMware technologies, infrastructure automation, operating system provisioning, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). This role combines technical leadership with hands-on execution and includes responsibility for leading infrastructure projects from planning through deployment and ongoing operational support

Key Responsibilities
Design, plan, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade virtual infrastructure solutions
Deploy and manage highly available VMware clusters in production environments
Perform VMware lifecycle management, maintenance, and upgrades using VMware SDDC Manager and related technologies
Build and automate operating system templates using modern automation frameworks
Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform
Automate configuration management and deployment processes using Ansible
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot VMware Horizon VDI environments
Lead infrastructure projects including architecture design, migration, upgrades, implementation, and operational transition
Collaborate with networking, storage, security, and application teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot performance, capacity, availability, and security of virtual environments
Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures
Manage and maintain NetApp storage systems including storage provisioning, volume and LUN management, capacity planning, performance monitoring, and user access management
Monitor storage health and proactively resolve issues
Troubleshoot storage-related incidents and coordinate with vendors when required
Evaluate and implement emerging virtualization and automation technologies

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience managing enterprise virtualization and storage infrastructures
Proven experience with VMware cluster deployment, administration, and upgrades
Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere / ESXi VMware Horizon VDI VMware SDDC Terraform Ansible and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
Proven experience with NetApp ONTAP administration and management
Strong understanding of NFS SMB/CIFS iSCSI and storage networking concepts
Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, storage, and security concepts
Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues in production environments
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to independently lead technical infrastructure projects
High level of English proficiency
