Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up to date financial records.
• Process, verify and reconcile AP invoices, including preparing and managing month end and mid-month payments.
• Report to authorities – VAT, income tax and WHT, 1099 in US.
• Responsible for banks- transfers, payments, reconciliation, new vendors creation.
• Month end process.
• Record credit card transactions, invoices, payments, and monthly reconciliation.
• Perform other bookkeeping tasks as required.

Requirements:

• +5 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
• Certified bookkeeper level 2/3.
• Experience with Priority - Must.
• Previous experience in a global high-tech company.
• Easy person to work with, high level of integrity, well-organized, independent, team player, a “can-do” approach.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Basic Excel skills.
