Legal Counsel-Temporary Position

We are looking for a lawyer to join our legal team for a temporary position at Elbit Systems Ltd., ISTAR and EW Division in Rehovot

Elbit Systems Ltd., ISTAR and EW Division is an international high technology company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world, primarily in the defense and homeland security arenas

The legal counsel joining our team will be responsible for the following:

Providing legal advice to company’s transactions both in Israel and abroad

Drafting contractual agreements in a variety of legal fields (commercial, procurement, consulting, etc.)

Negotiations with customers and business partners



Law degree from a leading academic institution

At least 3 years of commercial experience as an in-house legal counsel in a high-tech company or commercial department of a leading law firm

Business-commercial orientation

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

Ability to work under pressure, multitasker, independent and thorough

High proficiency in English – a significant part of the work is in English
