Investment Banking Associate

Clairfield International is a global investment bank that specializes in cross border M&A, with 34 offices worldwide and over 400 professionals.

We currently have a position available for an Associate - Israeli Office 

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include the following:

-Creation of pitch presentations, teasers and investment memoranda

-Preparation of financial analysis and company valuations

-Preparation of industry, company and capital market analysis

-Due diligence activities 

-Support for the holistic project management of corporate finance and M&A transactions

-Independent research activities on companies, markets, potential investors and targets

-Preparation of studies and analysis on our focus sectors

-Participation in training courses and our training program

Qualifications

Degree in accounting or finance

1 - 2 years experience in Investment Banking, Financial Services or similar - must

Proficiency Hebrew and English at a professional level - must
