Implementation Specialist

As an Implementation Specialist at Appfront, you'll be a major part of helping new customers use our platform. Your main responsibility will be configuring and customizing customer portals based on the specific requirements provided by our Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand and implement client requirements for portal setup.
• Methodically configure settings within the platform, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
• Execute tasks systematically, following instructions exactly to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct thorough tests to validate that setup was done properly.
• Escalate implementation issues and questions to the Customer Success team 
• Provide comprehensive documentation and guidance to clients for navigating their newly configured portals.

Requirements:

• Tech savvy - you don’t need to be a developer but need to feel comfortable working with technology and learning technological concepts
• Ability to meticulously follow instructions and complete tasks with precision.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple tasks at the same time. 
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Total focus on delivering error-free results
• Prior experience in technical support or a similar implementation role is beneficial.
