Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Business Unit, the PMO Manager will be responsible for the following: Collaborate with project managers in planning and executing multiple projects concurrently. Establish, manage, and control work plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, addressing bottlenecks, and task prioritization.

Budget management for project activities.

Task management, risk management, preparation of status presentations, and generation of regular reports.

Oversight of the supply chain from requirement to delivery, coordinating with procurement to ensure project material supply.

Continuous coordination and synchronization with engineering, configuration management, procurement, quality assurance, finance, and shipping.

Promote and improve project and organizational processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.

1-2 years of experience as a PMO in multidisciplinary technological projects in a company with integrated hardware/software/mechanical products.

Advantageous background in security, aerospace, and space industries.

Ability to promote processes and work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with a strong emphasis on advanced skills in Microsoft Project & Excel.

High proficiency in both English and Hebrew, including professional communication in writing and verbally.
