Join our dynamic iGaming team as a motivated Junior Campaign Manager. In this role, you'll optimize Facebook Ads to drive customer acquisition and meet marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning: Develop and execute Facebook advertising campaigns for the iGaming industry, defining objectives, target audiences, and budget allocation.
• Ad Creation and Optimization: Develop engaging ad creatives, copy, and visuals. Continuously optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI and user engagement.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, such as click-through rates and conversion rates, implementing data-driven optimizations.
• Audience Segmentation: Conduct research and segmentation for targeted demographics, optimizing audience targeting for higher conversion rates.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis for identifying new opportunities in the dynamic iGaming market.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with the iGaming industry, including online casinos and sports betting - Advantage.
• Strong creative skills for designing eye-catching visuals and compelling ad copy.
• Ability to analyze data for actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Conversational English and Russian.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field - Advantage.
