Dan-Tech Energy specializes in the development of portable, rechargeable battery power systems. The company's portable battery cases are used in many fields as for military and marine applications, light electric vehicles, reusable energy systems and more. Its programmable battery management systems are designed to enhance the reliability and runtime of smart battery packs by providing more accurate battery monitoring and data analytics.

Dan-Tech's manufacturing processes are based on exacting environmental standards, and its battery maintenance and reconditioning services promote extended battery life, reducing the number of batteries that end up in landfills.

The company's offices are located in Tel-Aviv and Berlin with manufacturing facilities in Israel, Germany, and China.

We are looking for a practical engineer/engineer in electronics for a senior technician position.

Responsibilities:

• Construction of complex battery cases according to electrical and mechanical specifications.

• Work according to documents and production records.

• Work according to internal quality procedures and ISO9001 procedures.

• Task prioritization and inventory management.

• Application and programming of electric circuits.

• Performing tests with special equipment for research and quality needs.

• Handling and documentation of equipment returned from the customer.

• Construction and design of testing equipment for the production line.

• Preparing products for standard packaging according to international packaging instructions.

Qualifications:

• Relevant industrial experience of at least two years - mandatory.

• Recognition of quality standards and processes including ISO9001 - a significant advantage.

• Experience in soldering and knowledge of electronics - mandatory (IPC -3 soldering experience is an advantage).

• Ability to program hardware and software.

• Control of computer applications (OFFICE, etc.).

• Open minded, ability to initiate and implement ideas.

• English, speaking and writing at a high level - an advantage.

• ביצוע בדיקות עם ציוד מיוחד עבור צרכי מחקר ואיכות.
• טיפול ותיעוד של ציוד המוחזר מהלקוח.
• בנייה ותכנון של ציוד בדיקה עבור קו הייצור.
• הכנת מוצרים לאריזה סטנדרטית לפי הוראות אריזה בינלאומיות.

דרישות:

• ניסיון תעשייתי רלוונטי של לפחות שנתיים - חובה.
• הכרה בתקני איכות ותהליכים, כולל ISO9001 - יתרון משמעותי.
• ניסיון בהלחמה וידע באלקטרוניקה - חובה (ניסיון בהלחמה לפי תקן IPC-3 עדיף).
• יכולת לתכנות חומרה ותוכנה.
• שליטה ביישומי מחשב (OFFICE, וכו').
