The JFrog DevOps Core team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation & Performance leader, to boost our growing automation and performance platforms. In this role, you will enhance and maintain our performance testing infrastructure, give technical leadership to automation engineers in the teams and improve automation infrastructures.

As a QA Director at JFrog you will...

• Define the QA strategy, approach, standards and execution across our suite of products and collaborate with other leaders to build the JFrog approach
• Build a new performance and scale testing practice and team, including building and maintaining complex environments that capture large customers work loads, data and typical traffic. The performance testing framework is to be used by multiple teams to ensure performant code
• Build a new customer oriented scenario testing (a.k.a COST) practice and team to capture the top ten customers workloads, environments and business flows
• Hire, coach and direct the test automation engineers; mentor on quality assurance best practices to team members and colleagues
• Design and build our automation infrastructure and building blocks
• Oversee the product release quality and risks in our self hosted and SaaS products
• Define and implement metrics and reporting mechanisms
• Continually improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the QA effort by assessing current quality assurance practices and incorporating new strategies
  
  

• 10+ years of experience leading and owning product QA domain
• 5+ years of experience managing performance and scale testing environments and practices.
• At least 5+ years of managing managers
• QA methodologies expertise within an agile environment
• Hands on experience working with Linux, including scripting skills and CI tools in a cloud environment, including K8S and Docker
• Experience leading the quality of both SaaS and self hosted enterprise products used by thousands of customers, at a very high scale
• Experience in managing functional and non-functional testing; performance, stability and upgradability testing
• DevOps experience - An advantage
• Production/IT experience - An advantage
