Areas of Responsibility:
- Identify and capitalize on profitable business opportunities and collaborations.
- Recruit and foster relationships with clients to expand the company's client base.
- Oversee employee management, fostering a harmonious work environment.
- Harness and motivate employees to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage relationships with shipping companies, ensuring smooth operations.
- Oversee relationships with agents abroad, suppliers, and customers to maintain strong partnerships.
- Lead normal and synchronized work processes, emphasizing efficiency and economy.
- Provide solutions for troubleshooting, ensuring excellence in customer service.
- Take charge of crisis management within the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in international freight forwarding companies (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Sea freight import/export sectors (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory), with a master's degree considered an advantage.
- Proficient in English at a very high level (mandatory).
- High negotiation ability and broad business vision.
- Proven ability to manage in a changing business environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a representative demeanor.
- Crisis management experience is highly valued.
