Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator for the Engineering Department, to assist in managing and optimizing our Product Lifecycle Management structure.

In this role, you'll support PLM system operations and data management, contributing to our product development processes.

• Leading the systematical change process to support the engineering changes. Full responsibility for product files including product trees, technical specifications, work instructions and other manufacturing documents.
• PLM Support: Assist in maintaining PLM structure, ensure accurate and organized product data, provide statistical outputs, and customize the PLM software to meet business needs per the department needs.
• Production tools calibration management.
• Cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams to improve process efficiency, meet timelines and deliver top quality outcomes.
• Documentation: Maintain PLM documentation and user guides.

Job Requirements:

Education: an academic degree from a highly recognized institute.

Job skills:

• 0-1 years of experience
• Familiarity with Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes.
• Familiarity with BOM/configuration management
• Knowledge in statistics
• Experience with documentation writing per medical device industry standards – an advantage
• Experience in the medical devices industry - an advantage
• Work independently and as an engineering group member
• Working on several projects in parallel, having the ability to prioritize while understanding the big picture.
