Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Support Specialist located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and troubleshooting support for desktop computers, as well as providing customer support through the help desk system.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Desktop Computers skills
• Experience in Help Desk Support and Customer Support
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Office, and remote desktop support
• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Motorcycle and car license mandatory
