Research Engineer

We seek an experienced and passionate Research Engineer specializing in Electrochemical Systems to join our dynamic team. As a Research Engineer, you will be pivotal in designing, characterizing, and optimizing innovative flow systems. Responsibilities:

• Design, optimize, and characterize electrochemical systems to meet performance targets and efficiency standards.

• Conduct in-depth studies on degradation and failure processes within these systems.

• Devise and implement solutions to address challenges and enhance system reliability.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to integrate findings into ongoing projects.

• Engage and manage relationships with external contractors and partners.

• Contribute expertise to expand and scale up systems effectively.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Physical Chemistry or related fields.

• Proven track record in designing and optimizing electrochemical systems.

• Expertise in studying degradation mechanisms and offering practical solutions.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.

• Experience in scaling up systems for commercial deployment is a plus.
