Senior Product Manager

Bright is a rapidly growing, top-tier venture-funded company focusing on developer-centric application security for the enterprise. We enable organizations to fix security issues before they reach production by integrating security early in the software development process, reducing reliance on manual testing, and running scans frequently.

In this role, you will be reporting to the VP of Product, driving the strategy and execution for one of our product domains.

Your Impact:

✨ Drive new product capabilities from concept to market, integrating security early in the development process.

✨ Collaborate across teams to enhance and integrate product features, working closely with engineering and ensuring successful delivery.

✨ Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, translating insights into effective solutions.

✨ Develop, communicate, and lead the product roadmap for customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.

✨ Empower sales, marketing, and success teams through training and collateral for product updates and launches.

Qualifications:

🚀 4+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience.

🚀 Proven track record in building cybersecurity or developer-focused products.

🚀 Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.

🚀 Hands-on technical experience, preferably in software development or AppSec.

🚀 Data-driven decision-making and experience with modern SaaS technologies.

🚀 Remote work experience and flexibility for occasional off-hours collaboration.

Preferred:

🎓 Degree in computer science or equivalent.

🛡️ Knowledge of security best practices and experience in a fast-growth startup environment.

🌐 Ability to work across time zones, including the US.
