We are looking for a full-time e-commerce manager to work alongside the CRO to grow the Inokim brand throughout the USA.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Shopify website from A to Z including CRO UX/UI, product catalog, online content, customer journeys (marketing automation), and apps aiming to improve conversion rates.
- Technologies Implementation – Finding the latest technologies serving our growth, Initiating & fully implementing new technologies for our e-commerce platform,
basic technical understanding of soft tech project management missions.
- Responsibility for all the Brand's marketplace platforms with a specific focus on revenue growth
- Data Analysis - Analyze analytics data, draw insights, and analyze cross-channel campaigns to maximize sales
- Manage the marketing agencies and all the marketing processes for the PPC (briefs, calendar, deadlines, creative)
- Manage affiliate programs
- Support our email marketing, social media, PR, and advertising efforts.
- Provide recommendations to improve the online experience and ease of doing business on eCommerce sites.
- Implement, execute, and continuously optimize merchandising strategy for collection/landing pages, website navigation, and product placement
- Utilize key technologies that will aid in merchandising efficiency and optimization
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of all initiatives and report results to HQ
- Oversee and help manage content creation in line with brand guidelines and recent trends
- Support SEO efforts through content creation and website updates
- Build, launch, and manage all site content launches and updates, including homepage, collection pages, campaign pages, and more
- Design and implement the marketing campaign calendar throughout the year
Requirements
- 3+ Years Experience as an e-commerce manager in the US market - MUST
- Shopify expert
- A proven track record in the e-commerce industry along with a deep understanding of digital marketing and website performance improvement. - Demonstrated experience with tools such as G-Analytics, GTM, G-Ads, Hotjar, and others
- Strong Analytical Skills: High analytical ability and precision in data interpretation - MUST
- English - professional level
- Strong analytical experience
- Excellent proofreading skills and strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related area of study required
- Skilled at writing promotional content
- Sound understanding of marketing principles
- Experience in the Retail/Commerce sector - advantage.
