Elevate the operational excellence of our bespoke jewelry atelier by joining us as the Head of Operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience and driving business growth through seamless eCommerce operations. As we craft personalized stories in every ring, we invite you to orchestrate the operational symphony that makes each creation exceptional.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and Execute Operational Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to enhance the end-to-end eCommerce operations of our tailor-made ring business, aligning with our commitment to unparalleled craftsmanship.
• Optimize Order Fulfillment with a Jewelry Focus: Implement efficient processes to ensure the timely and accurate creation and delivery of bespoke rings, utilizing expertise in jewelry crafting processes.
• Deep Understanding of 3D Models, CAD, and STL: Oversee the crafting process at an overview level, requiring a profound understanding of 3D models, CAD, and STL within a jewelry context.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making for Jewelry Operations: Utilize data analysis to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement, driving decisions that enhance both operational efficiency and the jewelry crafting process.
• Customer Engagement and Loyalty Programs: Oversee customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution, and play a key role in developing new loyalty programs to increase customer retention.
• Collaboration for Business Expansion and Marketing: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer support, to seamlessly integrate operations and expand our brand reach through social media and marketing campaigns.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and analyze jewelry inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing stock-outs or excess inventory.
• Cost Management and Business Initiatives: Develop and implement cost reduction strategies without compromising quality, improving overall operational efficiency, and driving innovative business initiatives.
• Marketing Understanding and Process Initiation: Possess a deep understanding of marketing roles, delegation, and initiate processes that align with our brand and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
• In-depth knowledge of operations within a custom jewelry setting, including 3D models, CAD, and STL.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Extensive eCommerce online marketing, remarketing, loyalty programs and digital campaigns knowledge.
• Proven track record of implementing plans to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
• E-Commerce experience is a must, with an advantage in luxury goods or jewelry.
• Experience interpreting customer needs and market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven change agent and a strong strategic thinker.
• Data-driven method for decision-making using KPIs and metrics.
