Founded in 2022, We’re currently a 20-person team after SEED funding - based out of Tel Aviv, Israel.

We’re currently looking for an Operations & HR Manager for a temporary position starting March 2023 and lasting approximately six to nine months with an option to stay in the organization based on company growth.

Everyone knows you are the boss of the office, you are also the confidant, the culture leader, the out-of-the-box thinker. You’re up for any challenge- from organizing company events to leading cross-company operational projects such as compliance operations or office moves. With creativity and ease you’re a “Swiss army knife” as a person, leading any endeavor and working smoothly with everyone on the team to help the company move forward.

This Full-time position reports directly to the CEO and is from our office in Tel Aviv, with the option of one or two days WFH. 

What you’ll do: 

Operations 

• Manage operations in various fields including – compliance (Soc 2 Certification), customers, conferences, marketing, and more as needed. 
• Lead ongoing operations of the office - equipment, vendors, groceries, etc. Office move may be expected as well! 
• Internal financial operations (payroll, bookkeeping, flight expense reporting, etc.)  

HR 

• Welfare and employee experience- events, holidays, gifts, happy hours- from budgeting to execution.
• Employee lifecycle management - from onboarding to offboarding with everything in between, while maintaining and updating company playbooks and processes as needed. 
• Recruitment of new positions as necessary, working with hiring managers, various recruitment platforms, and social media. 

What you have: 

• Proven experience in operations and People/HR roles in Hitech Startup environments. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written in Hebrew and English. 
• initiative and confidence to work independently in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. 
• Knowledge of HR and business processes.
