Head of Cloud Security Product Mangement

In this role you will build and lead a high-performing product management team, shaping the future of Cloud security at Check Point.

In this critical role, you'll champion our Cloud security offerings, including our CNAPP suite and Cloud Virtual Network security offering. Translating customer needs and market trends into market-leading product strategies. You'll build and empower a dynamic product management team, collaborating closely with R&D, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vision & Strategy:
• Develop a compelling product vision for our Cloud security portfolio, driving differentiation and market leadership.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities within the cloud security landscape.
• Craft a strategic roadmap that aligns with customer needs, business objectives, and technology trends.
• Internal Collaboration:
• Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and data-driven environment.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop product managers, empowering them to excel in their roles.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between product management, R&D, engineering, and other internal stakeholders.
• Product Planning & Execution:
• Own the product requirements & and roadmap, translating customer and market insights into clear, user-focused product specifications, including epics and user stories.
• Manage the product lifecycle from early concept to development, launch, and beyond.
• Develop the business model, licensing, and pricing for all CloudGuard container security offerings.
• Go-to-Market & Thought Leadership:
• Drive product launch and develop go-to-market plans, ensuring successful market adoption.
• Manage the development of sales enablement tools and training for the field sales force and reseller partners.
• Develop impactful outbound marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and sales pipeline.
• Create thought-leadership materials and present our solutions at industry events, webinars, and other external communications channels.

Desired Background:

• 3+ years of experience in managing product management organization
• 3+ years of experience in R&D, CTO, or Architect role
• Proven management experience of a team larger than 10 people, VP or Director role.
• Technical knowledge in Cloud IaaS, Cyber and CI/CD is highlight desired.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills to inform product decisions.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, agile environment and embracing cross-functional collaboration.
• BS or equivalent degree; MBA desirable.
