Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts including creating sales reports and managing the onboarding process for new clients. Other responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Specialist include market research, updating the company's marketing materials, creating and managing social media campaigns, and planning marketing events and trade shows. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for assisting clients with any inquiries or issues they may have, as well as training clients on the use of our products and services.

Some of the activities involved in this position are:

Marketing tourism product(s) to travel agents

Visiting travel agents to performing product demos

Providing booking support to travel agents

Designing marketing campaigns for distribution lists and WhatsApp groups of travel agents

Preparation of marketing material in Hebrew, English and Arabic

Organizing and managing marketing events

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in Hebrew, English and Arabic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record of successful sales and sales management
• Experience in developing and delivering training materials
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and current trends
• Experience and knowledge in designing marketing campaigns
• Ability to conduct marketing visits and marketing events
• Ability to research and analyze market trends and data
• A degree in marketing, Business administration, Travel and Tourism or a related field
• Experience in the tourism industry is a plus
