Head of Global Logistics

EEDEN Gallery, the leading international art gallery with locations in NY, Aspen, Miami, Las Vegas, London, Dubai, Mykonos & Israel is looking for an experienced Head of Global logistics with an enthusiastic personality and strong service orientation.

We are looking for a responsible & experienced logistic leader to join our expanding team and use his/her expertise to have a big impact on our rapidly growing company.

The head of global logistics will be responsible for the end to end supply chain and logistics operations. Including the operations of global warehouses and distribution centers; receiving, storing, picking, packing, inventory handling and shipping orders. Ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and that customer satisfaction is always the top priority. He or she will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and other service providers and will lead the artworks logistics and inventory management activities, related to Eden’s international holding company and its subsidiaries worldwide.  

The head of global logistics is part of the Eden’s international HQ team, located in Tel Aviv.

The ideal candidate must have an vast experience with logistics processes and execution within dynamic environment, including: Inventory & Warehousing management, procurement management, Import/Export, Business planning & management skills Including: Data Visualization, Business Processes design, Business Strategy, Project Management, Decision Making.

Furthermore the candidate must have exquisite service orientation and attention to details.

Since we are a rapid growing global company he/she must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key tasks:

• Responsible for inventory planning & optimization
• Responsible for the inventory handling processes, counting & accuracy, which are managed by local Warehouses and Logistics teams worldwide
• Ensure that the procurement from Eden’s Artists and Vendors is aligned with Eden’s inventory planning and optimization guidelines.
• Negotiate with vendors and service providers to obtain favorable pricing and superior quality on products or services
• Responsible for the worldwide supply chain and orders including: stock reservations, dispatch, import/export, transportation, delivery & installations, whether conducted by internal staff or outsourced service providers
• Ensure smooth & optimized logistics processes, which support exceptional Art Collector’s experience
• Steer high impact plans to resolve escalated issues arising, with coordination with other stakeholders, to improve logistics processes and operational capabilities

Education Level

 Master's degree (preferably)
