וולט מרקט הוא סופרמרקט מבית וולט המספק נוחות וחוויית משתמש ברמה אחרת - הלקוחות יוכלו להזמין מצרכים שיגיעו לאן שירצו במהירות האור! 🤩

התפקיד הוא בלב הפעילות של וולט מרקט בישראל, ועל הנציג מוטלת האחריות לדאוג שכל ההזמנות מוכנות לאיסוף ונאספות ע״י השליחים או הלקוחות שלנו במהירות ובאיכות.

העבודה היא במשמרות גמישות - החנויות פתוחות 7 ימים בשבוע והעדפות למשרה מלאה יתקבלו בברכה. בואו להיות חלק מצוות מהנה שמגדיר מחדש את האופן שבו אנו קונים, ב-וולט אנחנו עושים דברים יומיומיים בצורה יוצאת דופן! 💪🏻

מאפייני התפקיד

• קבלת הזמנות דרך האפליקציה שלנו.
• איסוף ואריזת מצרכים ומסירתם ללקוחות ולשליחים.
• תפעול שוטף של המערכות הפנימיות שלנו הכוללות מידע מדויק על חומרים מזינים ואלרגנים.
• שמירה על סדר וניקיון החנות.
• השתתפות בפיתוח הפעילות היומיומית של השוק שלנו.

• יכולת למידה מהירה עם יכולת לעבוד תחת ריבוי משימות.
• פרואקטיביות ושירותיות זה בדם שלך.
• גישה חיובית שמתאימה לעבודה בסביבה יזמית וצעירה שנעה בקצב מהיר.
• נכונות לעבודה במשמרות לילה, סופי שבוע, חגים (תשלום בהתאם לחוק).
• ניסיון קודם בהובלת צוות, או עבודה במכולת או במחסן.
• יש לך מיומנות עבודה מקצועית הן באנגלית והן בעברית (יתרון).

Role background

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. Food delivery was just a start, and now we are exploring and expanding our platform with other business verticals in retail and grocery. We’ve grown significantly in the last few years, expanding our operations from just four countries across the Nordics, to 23 countries across Europe and Asia today. And we’re just getting started.

The role you are looking at is a part of Wolt Market - our very own grocery stores for delivery only, that deliver unprecedented convenience and world leading customer experience. People across Israel can order their groceries and have them delivered to their doorstep in lightspeed!

We are searching for full-time and part-time Grocery Associates to join our awesome team that operates the stores.. In this role you are right in the heart of our day-to-day dark store operations. Our store is open 7 days a week, so this role also requires you to be able to work on weekends and in different shifts, if applicable under law. You will be working from our store located in the Tel Aviv area.

If you are a team player, enjoy working independently, and have a good sense of humour, then you might be just the person we are looking for!

Please note that this position involves physical work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking in orders through our Merchant app.
• Packing groceries & handing them to customers and couriers.
• Receiving merchandise and distributing it in the store.
• Managing our internal systems which include precise information about nutrients and allergens.
• Maintaining order and cleanliness of the store.
• Participating in developing our Market's daily operations.
  
  

Our humble expectations

• You are a fast learner and have the ability to multitask.
• Proactive and service-minded are words that describe you.
• You have a can do-attitude and enjoy the idea of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• You’re available to work at least 100 hours a month.
• You are able to work both during the day, evenings and weekends.
• Experience from working in a grocery store is a plus.
