We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Senior Project Engineer to join our team at VPG’s location in Holon Israel.

The Highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer (Cost Saving & Process Optimization). Will be responsible for leading Engineering Projects, optimizing production processes, and supporting the transition from development to production.

• Project Management – lead and oversee various Engineering Projects related to process optimization, automation, and new process development.
• project plans, timelines and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Process Improvement – Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
• best practices to enhance yields, reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Automation & Technology Integration – Evaluate, recommend and acquire automation technologies to enhance production processes.
• successful integration of new technologies into the manufacturing environment.
• Purchasing Support – Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and source equipment and materials needed for manufacturing processes.

Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality materials.

• Technology Implementation – Research and evaluate new technologies and techniques that can enhance existing manufacturing processes.
• the implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

B.Sc Chemical/Materials/Electronics Engineer

Proven experience in Process Engineering and Project Management, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a leading role.
