We are looking for our next Head of Product with a strong background in Cloud security to join our dynamic team. As the Head of Product, you will play a critical role in shaping the vision, strategy, and development of Mitiga's Cloud & SaaS IR product portfolio and leading our product management and design group. Your leadership will drive our efforts to revolutionize the cloud investigation and response automation market. This is a unique opportunity to lead and influence the development of cutting-edge solutions while collaborating with talented professionals in the cyber-defense industry.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of product managers and product designers that are responsible for driving the product planning and roadmap in Mitiga.
• Develop and articulate the long-term product vision and roadmap for Mitiga's Cloud IR solutions, aligning them with the company's strategic goals.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence in the Cloud IR landscape, and leverage insights for informed product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, research and sales, to lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer pain points and feedback to ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development support to the product management & design teams.
  
  

• You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud security products, showcasing a proven track record of bringing complex security solutions to market.
• You are a strong leader with good decision-making skills, capable of balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
• You have a solid understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within the Cloud security sector.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• You are able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and maintaining focus under pressure.
• You are passionate about driving innovation and staying ahead of the curve in the Cloud IR field.
• Collaborative, open-minded, and capable of building strong working relationships across different departments.
