We are looking for an I&C Engineer to join the Ashalim Power Plant in Maintenance Team.
In this position you shall support the I&C scope on site , including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, supporting planned activities and outages, supporting the implementation of tools and systems - all in accordance with contractual requirements, GE processes and country regulations.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Analysis of control logic, detection of malfunction and elaboration of mitigation measures
Executing simulations in compliance with established procedures
Calibrations and equipment function check
Support the efforts to reduce maintenance costs by efficient use of consumables, parts and tools
Support Cyber Security topics
Execute different projects related to I&C
Support the I&C lead
Qualifications
Certified Engineer
At least 3 years’ experience working in a Gas/Steam/Combine Cycle Power Plant or Industrial facility
Previous experience with DCS
Good knowledge and understanding of industrial control systems and tools
Hands on approach and ability to work under pressure
Demonstrated communication & organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Fluent Hebrew and good English, both verbal and written
Able to be on-call/work on weekends and holidays when needed
