Vice President Finance

CloudQuery is seeking a talented individual to join our team to support our growth and operation. CloudQuery is a series A startup with a popular open source project and SaaS product. CloudQuery is a full remote U.S company with IL subsidiary.

Responsibilities

• Work with the CEO and our operation manager to support operations of a full remote U.S company with IL subsidiary. Employees are in the U.S, IL and Europe. Customers in the U.S and Europe.
• Work with our auditor to deliver yearly audits of both U.S parent and IL subsidiaries on time.
• Yearly and quarterly budgeting and tracking expected with planned.
• Work closely with IL accountant to ensure compliance with all labor laws as well as inter-company agreements.
• FP&A
• PN&L
• Monitoring all financial transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field. Master's degree in a relevant area.
• Five to 10 years of experience in a finance position and additional experience in management roles.
• Strong skills in fiscal management and processes, financial benchmarking, and tax compliance and laws.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
• Strong Excel skills is a must
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
