Junior Entrepreneur

TLDR: I'm looking to hire a "junior entrepreneur" who wants to learn about SaaS and startups and gain a lot of experience.

I've been trying to recruit someone for a long time and can't find one. And I think I've started to understand what the problem is. The company and my needs change so quickly that I don't have a way to define this job.

That's why I decided to try a slightly different approach this time, and let's see how it goes. I decided to remove the standard threshold requirement of "two years of experience in a tech company" and open my mind.

Why am I doing this?

Because I believe in juniors and have already worked with several in my life. They are highly motivated, hungry for success, and learn quickly. And that's exactly what I need.

The main thing that is important for me to see is something (anything) from your past that will show your achievements and character.

Something that will tell me, "Okay, this person gets what they want, and they are willing to work hard for it".

And a two-hour assignment says much more about the person than a CV.

Who am I, anyway?

Hi, everyone! 🙂

I'm Tamir, 34 years old. I live in Tel Aviv with my girlfriend, Shiran, and our husky. I recently started learning piano. In addition, I like to travel, and I try to live in Israel for eight months and be abroad for four months (It's too hot in Israel in the summers).

For 12 years now, I have been at the intersection of connecting professional knowledge with decision-makers. I started doing this in the army and have been doing it until today when I connect business and technology.

Today, I manage Adelante ( A Zendesk implementation company). We created a Micro SaaS product called Thank You GPT from this company. The product reached $2000 MRR in six months, and we're growing 7% weekly, so right now, we are doing great 😎.

The process of moving from an agency to a product is fascinating to me: instead of being the product, you become the creator.

In 2022, I decided there weren't too many customers for Zendesk in Israel, and I took myself to the USA for four months to work only with the American market.

After that, I started a podcast this year about how to do international entrepreneurship. In retrospect, it's the best business decision I've made in the last two years.

In 2024, I aim to run 10 MVPs for different products based on no code, see which catches on, and hopefully, get one or two lean SaaS companies out of it.

What am I looking for?

1- English at a native level (all my work is in English).

2- Multidisciplinary (willingness to work in all kinds of fields simultaneously).

3- Ability to learn things quickly and positively receive feedback. (People say I have high standards).

4- You can come to the office in Tel Aviv at least four times a week (I'm tired of working remotely).
